Photo Questions

Every pet photo is hand-illustrated by a real digital artist. We don't just apply a filter or use AI tool to generate; we take time to trace over every photo, capturing every details and ensuring your pet gets the attention they deserve.

You will receive a preview for your approval to ensure you are happy with your pet artwork before we send it to print. If not, we can revise it for you or offer a full refund, making your entire purchase risk free.

Once approved, your order is professionally printed and shipped out to you.

Every pet, unique in their own way, is welcome here! We celebrate all pets, and we're excited to capture the special character of yours in our portraits.

Yes you can. All customers get to preview their pet artwork and request any changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.

To see your artwork preview, log in to your customer dashboard.

If your pet/person is wearing an accessory or outfit, please let our design team know if you would like it included (or excluded) in the order notes at checkout. We read every customer note and will be sure to accommodate the request!

We understand it can sometimes be difficult to get a good photo, particularly when ordering as a gift or for pets who are sadly no longer with us.

We can normally still work with almost any photo. If we have any concerns, we’ll let you know once we receive your photo.

Product Questions

You could reuse our art creation for a new product without additional cost! Upload the previous art picture and unselect "Do you need art creation?" would work.

Skip Queue is an optional add on to push your customized artwork to the front of our artist's queue. By moving ahead in our queue, your artwork preview will be finishedwithin 48 hoursand on the way to you quicker than orders without this option. Please note that it does not change the shipping speed or transit time.

Order Questions

Due to the customized nature of our products, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed.

To cancel an order, you must email team@peddiy.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 30 minutes, it is not possible to cancel your order. 

Yes! We care strongly about the environment. That’s why all our products use sustainably sourced material, eco-solvent inks and plastic-free, recycled and/or biodegradable packaging.

Sometimes we are forced to make compromises to adequately protect your order, but we always try and weigh this up against the carbon footprint of having to reship your order if it arrives damaged.
